Asset Licences
These are the current catalogue licence terms. For an earlier purchase, the licence supplied with that release remains applicable.
Arcurial Studios provides InRef worldwide. The Terms of Service explain service use, AI content, and your statutory rights. The End User Licence Agreement covers the software.
Commercial Licence
Version 1
The licensor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, copy and modify the asset in your personal and commercial projects, to the extent the licensor holds the necessary rights. This permission applies to the asset acquired under this licence; ownership of the asset is not transferred.
You may publish, distribute and sell finished works that incorporate the asset, including artwork, renders, films, games and other products. The asset must form part of the finished work and must not be supplied as a separately reusable asset or source resource.
You may not redistribute, share, sell, sublicense or give away the asset itself, whether unchanged or modified. You may not include it in an asset pack, stock library, template or other download that allows others to obtain or reuse it as an asset.
This licence does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, identifiable people or other protected subject matter depicted in an asset. Any additional permissions needed for your particular use remain your responsibility. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that applicable law does not allow the licensor to restrict.
AI Commercial Licence
