Cleaner editing controls and a fixed Vault panel
A more compact photo editor, consistent project tabs and a simpler Vault layout.

- Moved Add image, Paste and Clip into the photo editor's right-click menu.
- Removed layer up/down buttons; drag layers to reorder the stack.
- Renamed Edit Pixels to Edit and matched project-tab sizing to board tabs.
- Simplified the Vault search label to Search and placed Library, Cart and Filters beside the categories.
- Removed the Vault's local-library actions menu.
