Add images
Drag supported image files from Windows Explorer onto the canvas, or copy an image and press Ctrl+V. Move and scale the resulting board objects to suit your layout.
Add video or audio
- Use Add > Video for an online link or local video file, or Add > Audio for audio files.
- Choose the source and place the media beside the references it relates to.
- Use the object’s playback controls to inspect its content.
Keep media available
Save the board to retain supported packed local media. Online embeds still depend on their original service and a connection. Before moving or sharing a board, reopen the saved .inref file and check the media you need.
- Supported extensions do not guarantee every codec or encoding will play on every computer.
- Use the supported-files guide when preparing media for import.
