Add notes and text
- Choose Add > Note for a note, or Add > Text for a text object.
- Place the object beside the reference it describes and enter your text.
- To revise an existing note or text object, right-click it and choose Edit text.
Draw on the board
- Choose Pen from the tool rail.
- Choose Pen or Highlighter in the tool’s Mode options, then set the colour and size.
- Drag on the canvas to draw. Hold Shift for a straight pen stroke.
- Choose Select from the tool rail when you want to move or arrange board objects again.
Connect ideas
Use Add > Shape or Add > Icon to mark ideas, then Add > Arrow to connect object snap points or draw an arrow in empty space. Keep labels close to the objects they explain.
- Board drawing and annotations are saved with the board.
- Drawing on the board is separate from editing an image’s pixels and layers. Use Edit image layers for that workflow.
